1. Acceptance of these terms

This website (zhlscc.com and any other domain it is served from) is operated by ZHL Supply Chain Corp ("ZHL", "we", "us"), 626 RXR Plaza, 6th Floor, Uniondale, NY 11556, United States. By using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this site provides

• Information about ZHL's freight forwarding services on the US–China trade lane.
• A quote request form for sending us shipping inquiries.
• A container tracking portal that displays shipment status for a Master B/L number you enter.

3. Tracking information is provided "as is"

Tracking results are assembled from data published by ocean carriers, terminals, and rail operators, retrieved through a third-party data service. That data can be delayed, incomplete, revised, or occasionally wrong, and estimated dates (ETD/ETA and similar) change frequently in ordinary operations.

• Tracking results are for convenience only and are not official carrier or terminal notices.
• Do not make time-critical decisions — including pickup appointments, chassis or trucker dispatch, and demurrage/detention (last free day) decisions — on tracking results alone. Confirm with the carrier, the terminal, or our operations team at (516) 517-6720, which is available 24/7.
• ZHL is not liable for losses arising from reliance on tracking results displayed on this site.

4. Quotes and service contracts

Submitting the quote form is an inquiry, not an order, and our reply is not a binding offer unless it says so. Any freight services we ultimately provide are governed by the applicable service agreement, tariff, house or master bill of lading, and the carrier's and terminal's own terms — not by this website.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the tracking portal only for shipments you have a legitimate interest in.
• No automated scraping, bulk querying, or attempts to enumerate shipment numbers.
• No attempts to probe, overload, or interfere with the site or its APIs.
• No submitting unlawful, deceptive, or malicious content through our forms.

We may rate-limit, block, or suspend access that violates these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this site belong to ZHL Supply Chain Corp or its licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZHL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website — including demurrage, detention, storage, or delay costs incurred in reliance on tracking results. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and does not apply to the freight services themselves, which are governed by their own contracts as described in Section 4.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from use of this website belong to the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
