The short version: we set no cookies, run no analytics, and only process the information you choose to send us.

Who we are
ZHL Supply Chain Corp ("ZHL", "we", "us") is a freight forwarder headquartered at 626 RXR Plaza, 6th Floor, Uniondale, NY 11556, United States. Questions about this policy: support@zhlscc.com or (516) 517-6720.
Information we collect
- Quote requests. When you submit the quote form, we receive what you type: name, company, position, email, phone, shipment origin and destination, the services you select, and your message.
- Tracking lookups. When you use the tracking page, we process the Master B/L number you enter in order to return the shipment status. We do not link it to your identity and we do not store it.
- Technical data. Like virtually every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, request time, page requested). We also use IP addresses transiently in memory to rate-limit abusive traffic. We do not use this data to profile visitors.
Cookies and local storage
- We set no cookies. No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting.
- Two localStorage flags. If you dismiss our privacy notice we store a flag (
zhlPrivacyNoticeDismissed) so it stays dismissed, and if you switch languages we store your preference (zhlLang). Neither contains personal data or ever leaves your device. You can remove them any time by clearing your browser's site data. - Fonts. Our pages load the Fraunces and IBM Plex Sans typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files directly from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google states that Google Fonts requests are not used for tracking and are cookieless; see Google's privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request and follow up on your inquiry.
- To return tracking results for the shipment number you enter.
- To keep the service secure (rate limiting, abuse prevention).
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.
Service providers
We share data only with the vendors needed to operate this site, and only for the purposes above:
- Vercel — hosts this website and its forms (server logs).
- Resend — delivers your quote request to our inbox as email.
- E-Freight Technology (iTrace) — receives the B/L number you enter on the tracking page and returns carrier and terminal status data for it.
- Google Fonts — serves font files, as described above.
Data retention
Quote requests arrive as email and are kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. Tracking numbers you enter are not stored by us after the lookup completes. Hosting logs are retained per our hosting provider's standard schedule.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us at support@zhlscc.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional statutory rights; we will honor valid requests in line with applicable law.
Children
This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles data — for example, if we ever add analytics or cookies — we will update this page, adjust the effective date above, and, where required, ask for your consent before any new cookies are set.
